There's nothing nicer than receiving a special present. We can add a personalised gift tag to any order, no charge (just note your message in the checkout comments). Even better, you can have it beautifully wrapped for just $4.95!

Orders placed before 1pm EST are delivered the within 3–5 business day in all capital cities and most regional centres. Other areas are delivered the following day (very remote locations may take longer).

Delivery is via Express Post or Courier.
Loss or damage is very rare. When it does happen the order is replaced at our expense. All that we ask is that you keep the damaged item/s and packaging and either mark it "return to sender" or take them to your nearest post office. For further instructions contact us.
Orders to outside Australia are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery is typically 3-5 business days, click here for exact timing to your country.
Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken (basis charge $5.75, plus $2.10 for every insured $100 or part thereof). Just note in the comments field if you would like insurance for your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be exchanged for a store credit. Items must be unworn / unused and returned within 30 days of delivery.
How to make a return
Contact us to get a return authority number (EN#) email@example.com
Exchanges: Return the items to be exchanged; mark the EN# on the parcel and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.
Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed. Should it occur we will work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis.
